- Minimum charge — most handymen have a minimum or trip fee; put it on the estimate.
- Terms — that hidden damage or code issues may change the price, confirmed before proceeding.
Protecting an hourly quote
On time-and-materials work, give an honest hour range and state that you will confirm before going over — clients respect the heads-up and it protects you from an awkward final bill. When the work is done, bill it with the handyman invoice template.
